If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund. If you require a different size or colour, please place a new order via our website. We process returns as refunds only, allowing you to secure replacement items without delay.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Use the same courier your order was delivered with to generate your returns label; DHL returns are £15 (UK) or £35 (International) while UK returns via Royal Mail are free to send with a £4 handling fee deducted from your refund.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with protective packaging. We cannot accept returns of garments with strong odours, like smoke, cooking or perfume, or that are excessively crumpled.

Process

Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Kindly note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase and this completed form.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your return.

EU Returns

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period using our EU Withdrawal form. Once your request has been received, we will send confirmation of receipt.

International Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your DHL return label includes the required customs information.

As an added precaution, please mark your parcel clearly with: BRITISH RETURN GOODS to prevent customs delays or additional charges.
